The restaurant's memory. It fills itself from the bookings: you don't have to enter anyone.
What's there
For each person: the phone number, how many times they've been and when the last time was. Guests are identified by normalised phone number, so it doesn't matter if one day they typed it with the country code and another day without: it's the same guest.

The search box covers name, phone, allergy and tag. Typing "coeliac" gets you every coeliac.
The history
Open a record and you see every booking they've made: the ones they kept, the ones they cancelled and the times they didn't turn up. It's what you want in front of you when somebody who's cancelled three times asks for a table for twelve on a Friday.
